Bill C-303, the Early Learning and Child Care Act

This is a private members' bill that Denise put forward May 17, 2006. If passed,
it would make quality public child care a cornerstone of Canadian social policy, and enshrine universal access to early learning and child care in legislation. It passed 2nd reading this fall and is now being debated at committee.
